What We Do
BuildStrong Academy of Colorado is a nonprofit workforce training program created to solve one of Colorado’s most urgent challenges: the skilled labor shortage in construction. Our programs are designed to prepare adult students with real-world training, career coaching, and direct connections to employers who are ready to hire. Our partnerships with nonprofits and education help create a pipeline for the BSA while our partnerships with industry place our graduates into good paying jobs.
This is more than job training. It’s a fast track to a career with long-term potential.
BuildStrong Academy has trained over 2,500 students since 2017 and placed over 1,000 students in construction jobs.
