Jobs. Education. Housing. Community.

We invest in community with a deep commitment to workforce development, affordable housing, and education.

BuildStrong Foundation operates with a commitment in creating opportunity for individuals, families, and entire communities. What began in 1997 as the education-focused initiative of The Foundation for Educational Excellence has grown into a broader mission that supports workforce development, affordable housing, quality education, and meaningful community engagement. From job training and community building to policy change and advocacy, our work is collaborative and is intended to create real and lasting impact. Explore how we’re building stronger communities through our four key pillars.
